Nugget Creek

The easy trail to Nugget Creek makes this one of the fastest routes into real backcountry from a road accessible trailhead. The trail is an ATV trail so you can really book and make great time. Plan to spend a couple of days at the cabin. From the public use cabin you can explore the moraine of the glacier or head up to the mining ruins in the valley above. Plan to spend a least a couple of days at the cabin.
